Best margaritas in Mexico, very special warm pool, lovely quiet location

Bathroom had an unpleasant sewage smell!!! Need to replace the worn-out towels!!! A ridiculous charge after my bicycle lock was stolen just added to my irritation!!! Should definitely work on cleanliness issues!!!

the location was stunning for traveling around tulum, just off the stressful beach area, the public beach and eateries.

Staying in the Garden Suite was a delight! The private bathtub offered a perfect relaxation spot after exploring. Highly recommend trying the local cuisine at the on-site restaurant. The presentation of each dish was as fine as the taste. Don't miss out on Diego's excellent service!

The Garden Suite with a private bathtub was spacious. The staff were friendly, going out of their way to help us whenever we needed assistance. The sunset dinner at the nest offered amazing views that enhanced the entire experience. The garden view from our suite provided a serene backdrop for relaxation.

The wi-fi connection was a bit slow at times, frustrating when trying to plan our activities.

Cool boutique hotel with well decorated and brand-new rooms. A beautiful building in the middle of Tulum. Also - short walk to eateries & cool places as well as the Centro.

The Jungle Suite was cozy but felt a bit cramped for two people. It had a private bathtub, nice, but the decor seemed older than in the photos. The floors definitely looked like they could use some work and the taps were rusted. Just felt overpriced for what we got.

Beautiful hotel, enchanting room, ours featured a lovely cave design with a cozy balcony that added to the romantic atmosphere, and enjoyed the rooftop pool which is perfect.

Absolutely enchanting stay with my family! Our Jungle Suite was spacious and beautifully designed. The ambiance was peaceful, and we loved exploring the surrounding nature. The massage experience was a highlight- the best I've ever had! We also enjoyed the nest experience dinner, it was really good!

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities available.

Absolutely loved the jungle suite! The outdoor private tub was amazing, surrounded by lush nature 🌿. The only downside was the wifi, kinda spotty.

Orchid House Tulum Jungle delighted me with its beautiful decor and serene atmosphere. The spacious layout made it easy for me to navigate around. I particularly enjoyed the lovely poolside bar set within the lush jungle surroundings.
